Make sure Kaeye or some other Cryo attuned character is in the party, fight the slimes that spawn, and light those statues up. The statues are to the right of this small deposit if players are facing the lake and the village. The waterfall is divided into two parts the first empties into the lake, and the second empties into a deposit of water serving as a break in the waterfall.
Once players have made it to the lake, climb to the second-highest peak beside the waterfall and there will be 3 cryo elemental statues. This lake happens to flank a village in Springvale located downward left off the trail leaving Mondstadt capital. The second chest with the final clue is resting on a cliff behind a lake. This one is a little trickier, especially for players who may not have unlocked this area of the map yet. Wrap around the windmill slightly again and a chest containing the next clue will be waiting there. Climbing ladders do not consume stamina as much as climbing walls do so don't worry about ascending it quickly to save time. After landing on the second platform, circle around the windmill, and there will be a ladder.
Players can climb to this roof and glide toward the windmill, or any roof nearby for that matter. On the player map, it's a large rectangle parallel with the city's outer wall. The Adventures guild is located in the bottom left of the city with what looks like a Turquoise colored rooftop. The windmill directly in question would be the one facing the Adventures guild not to be confused with the Knights of Favonius headquarters. Tw0 guard the statue, One, the Treasure." As far as "six arms" go, the riddle is referring to the large windmills within the city. The riddle reads " Three six-armed giants reside in the city in the lake. After meeting with Kaeya's outside contact, the map will have a riddle written above a blurred image that players will discern to be a picture of the Mondstadt capital.
